Espresso's Story

Espresso & the rest of the 'Coffee Kittens' came to us from a group of cats just outside of SW Minot. The renters of the property had cared for the cats outside for quite some time but were no longer going to be renting. The new tenant said any cats left were going to be 'taken care of' so quick action was required. One of his siblings, Mocha, became ill and passed away. Not long after, Espresso was fighting for his life as he was failing to thrive. He has come out on the other side and is looking for his furever home. He has been around children as young as 9yo. Due to his long recovery period, he has had some difficulty integrating back with other cats. We believe he can be successful with slow, drawn out, thoughtful introductions, but he may be happier being the only one you have eyes for.Our adoption process is simple, relationship-centered, and provides supportive education. You can expect your adoption interest to go like this:
1. Submit your electronic form
2. An AEL representative will contact you to schedule a phone call or adoption counsel session.
3. Come to your adoption counsel session to meet the pet you're interested in and ready to take them home with you (dependent on the pet, some need more than one meet)
4. If the pet is determined to be a good fit with your family by both you and the AEL representative, you will sign your contract, submit your adoption payment, and take your new friend home!

Let us know you're interested here: http://tinyurl.com/AELadoptionsquad
