Meet Errol
Would you like to meet this hunka, hunka burnin' love??? Errol is a charmer and a lover and a talker all wrapped in one. He has the look of an exotic cougar and the heart and demeanor of a pussy cat. When he came to the shelter he had a gapping wound in his neck that actually had been stitched at one time. The shelter vet cleaned it well and gave him meds to get well but once they neutered and combo tested him his bloodwork said he is FIV+. The shelter doesn't keep cats with FIV but Lapcats and many other rescues and shelters do because FIV (kitty AIDS) is only transmitted by fighting and deep bite wounds (biting teeth to bone). Once cats are neutered and their fight drive and testosterone subside, the worry of fighting is gone so why worry about the FIV status? They can live normal, healthy lives and should be kept indoors so other cats won't pick fights with them. Errol LOVES to be held. He's a big boy around 12 pounds of solid muscle. He also loves to talk and acts like a little baby. We adore him! If you're interested in meeting him, please fill out our online app. He's around 2 years old and is currently in foster care.
