My mom and siblings were all in foster together, we learned that people are pretty great and that on the other side of the door is a world we need to see. I love being with people, I go out of my way to see what the people who visit me are doing and want to be a part of it. I like to help clean up my room when staff clean it up and will run over for a quick cuddle before going right back to helping. Safe Haven's Adoption Policy

Once someone picks out a cat or a dog they would like to adopt from us, we ask them to fill out an adoption application on our website www.safehavenforpets.org. After the application is reviewed (within 1 to 2 business days) we will try to contact the applicant by calling or emailing them. If the adoption is approved, we will then try to set up a day and time that the adopters can come to the shelter to pick up their new pet! At that time we will have the new owners sign some paperwork and provide us with the adoption donation fee. The adoption donation fee for a dog is $200. The adoption donation fee for a cat is $75.
