Enzo's Story

Hi, my name is Enzo and I’m 6 years old. I was surrendered to ACR because my family could no longer care for me. I had a bad ear infection and my fur was badly matted but the vet and my foster mom helped me get better, and now I’m ready to find my forever home. I need a quiet home with no children. I get along with other cats but I'd prefer to be the only cat in the home. I’m a big boy, very solid and very tall. Sometimes I like my space but you will still find me close to you. I will lay on your lap and happily accept pets, I love to play with catnip toys and balls. I will follow you to the bathroom ... if you forget me, that's not a problem, I can let myself in if the door has a lever handle. My favourite thing to scratch is cardboard scratch pads, I also like to take naps on them. My favourite food is pate, I eat it every day for breakfast and for supper. I don’t like shredded or chunks though. I will eat a whole bag of dry food if you let me so it’s best just to give me one bowl a day to munch on between meals.
