Ena's Story

Meet Ena - 19 weeks of sweetness, curiosity and calico charm. She is the perfect mix of playful kitten energy and gentle affection. She will cautiously investigate a new toy, give it a few thoughtful taps and then suddenly pounce like a tiny jungle hunter. Her favorite hobbies include chasing toys, inspecting scratch pads and perfecting her adorable head tilt.

Ena can be a little shy at first, but once she realizes you're her friend, her personality starts to shine. She's gentle, curious and loves being near her people. Her beautiful calico markings, bright eyes and delicate pink nose make her irresistible, and her loving nature will truly win you over. Ena will thrive in a home that will give her a little patience while she settles in. If you're looking for a kitten who will steal your heart (and maybe your favorite sunny spot), Ena just might be your girl.

Ena has her spay appointment in May.

To apply to adopt Ena, go to LPAH.org

Lending Paws A Hand's Adoption Policy
Adoptions are $200 for adult dogs, $275 for puppies (under 5 months), $100 for adult cats, and $175 for kittens (under 5 months). We also have hero pets. These pets are a more desirable breed and their adoption fee is $300. All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed/neutered (if they are too young an appointment will be made when they become of age). LPAH is a foster based rescue which means our animals are placed in a loving foster home while they wait to find their forever home! If you are interested in applying for any of our adoptable animals, please fill out an application at lpah.org/adoption or via the link on this page and we can set up a time for you to meet your potential new best friend! Because we are foster based, we only adopt out to the states of NC, SC, and VA. Puppies and kittens are a smaller adoption range, as they are required to have remaining vetting prior to adoption finalization. If interested in fostering for us, learn more at lpah.org/foster-for-us
