Emu's Story

Emu was born on April 29th, 2025. She likes other cats and doesn’t mind dogs as long as they leave her alone.

Her foster mom describes Emu as a “super sweet kitten”. This little purring machine will greet you with loud purrs when you come home, first wake up or whenever she wants attention. She’s not always in the mood to be picked up, but will undoubtedly be somewhere in the room with you. This girl loves snuggles when the mood strikes and won’t leave you alone until she’s had her fill.

She has been spayed, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped and is up to date on vaccines.

We prefer to adopt kittens in pairs, or to a home where they have another young playmate. Since she’s currently in a foster placement, please complete an application. You can scan or take a picture to email it to info@cnysnap.org. Once approved, we can set up a time to meet her.

Link to download the application:
https://cnysnap.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/CNY_SNAP_PetSMart_Adoption_Application_11-19-2021-1.pdf
