Empenada's Story

Empanada is a blossoming little sweetheart whose cuddly side has come alive in the cutest way. She adores snuggling on your chest and will happily soak up all the affection she can get - especially if it means competing with her brother, Queso, for the best cuddle spot. Empanada loves playing and napping with her triplet sisters, Dulce and Tostada, but she's also perfectly content observing the chaos from the comfort of your arms until she decides it's time to join in. She's friendly with everyone, full of gentle energy, and has just a touch of independence that makes her extra charming. Empanada would thrive in a loving home with one (or both!) of her triplet sisters, but she's confident and sweet enough to shine anywhere she goes. This kitty **MUST** be adopted into a home that already has another young cat, or adopted as a pair with a sibling or another kitty. ----------- Kittens are very social and do best with a friend! National Mill Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy

Thank you for your interest! If you have not already done so, please submit the adoption application found at this link: https://nmdr.org/our-dogs/adopt/ if you have already submitted an application- Within 72 hours of receipt of your application, an Adoptions Team member will respond to you via EMAIL with instructions on next steps in the application process. Be sure to check your junk or spam email as well. Please note that it is best to not have a particular dog in mind as he or she could get adopted before you are approved to adopt. Your application is valid for 11 months and we are always rescuing dogs. Once you are approved to adopt, you will be able to set up the meet and greet and you will also bring your dog or dogs with you. If you are looking to adopt from outside of Colorado, you do need to follow the above process, and if approved to adopt, you will need to travel to Colorado to meet and pick up your next family member. We do not allow shipping or transportation.
