Emmylou's Story

When we first met Emmylou, she was curled up on a dirty couch next to a dumpster, waiting for someone to notice her. We don't know how long she was outside, discarded like the old couch she slept on, but we do know that her life changed that day. Now this tabby girl is ready for the next chapter of her life to be the best one yet.

Emmylou is, without a doubt, the coolest cat we've ever fostered. She's so laidback that we'll often find her sleeping on her back with her paws in the air. When visitors stop by, she's the first to greet them. She gets along with and plays so nicely with other cats that she even acts as a buffer between cats that don't get along. Emmylou also lives with and tolerates an 85lb dog in her foster home. Her favorite pastimes are watching birds and squirrels outside, playing with wand toys, and napping next to her person (or cat).

Emmylou is approximately four years old, fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and negative for FIV/FeLV.
