Bonus perk: she lives for ear scritches and happily considers them part of her daily routine.<br/>Through her journey, we’ve learned that Emmy truly shines when she doesn’t have to share her space. Her previous home included dogs, and her foster home includes cats, so it’s believed Emmy’s ideal environment is as an only pet, where she can relax, feel secure, and reign as the queen she was always meant to be.<br/>Emmy can be a bit shy at first, but once she decides you’re her person, she transforms into a full-time snuggle expert. She loves closeness, affection, and being involved in her human’s daily life.<br/>Her perfect match is someone who understands that a calm, predictable home and being the sole focus of attention can make all the difference. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.<br/><br/>Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.<br/><br/>Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.<br/><br/>MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization.
