Emma Swan is a sweet black and white girl who feels like a little fish in a very big, busy pond. She is generally overwhelmed by the shelter environment and it has hindered her opportunities to shine and blossom. To give her a better chance at comfort, we offered her a crate of her own where she could decompress and have her own space. She has done much better in this environment and will gladly get out and explore the room but always circles back to her comfort zone, even going in on command when told it’s time to go up. She loves a comfy covered space to call her own as an aspiring hobbit and definitely prefers people to cats, although she probably wouldn’t be too put out by a friend or two that give her some space.
