Emma's Story
Meet Emma, a very pretty long haired girl with beautiful gold eyes who was trapped as a neighborhood stray.

Emma is very shy right now. She is still adjusting to her new surroundings. She is sweet and demure and will allow slow, gentle pets. She is the type of kitty who needs a little time and patience to help build her confidence. Once that confidence is in place she will make a very loving companion.

Emma would do best in a quieter home with a predictable routine. Her ideal adopter would be a single person or a couple. A family with older respectful kids may be okay but could also be a bit overwhelming for her. Right now she seems to be doing fine with her non-aggressive, friendly roomies so could be part of a multi-cat household.

Emma has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Emma has an approximate birthdate of 01-01-2024. Her adoption fee is $95.

If you are interested in Emma or any of the cats at Second Chance Cats of West Michigan, go to sccatswm.org/adopt to fill out an application, or stop in during open hours on Fridays from 11-2 or Saturdays and Sundays from 11-4.

Please note - we can only adopt to those who live within a one hour drive of Grand Rapids.

Thank you!
