Emma - ADOPTION PENDING

Meet Emma, a very pretty long haired girl with beautiful gold eyes who was trapped as a neighborhood stray.

Emma is shy. However, she is sweet and demure and likes slow, gentle pets. She is the type of kitty who needs a little time and patience to help build her confidence. Once that confidence is in place she will make a wonderful kitty friend. She, unlike some shy cats doesn't run, and will lean in for more pets once you stop petting her. She is often seen out and about in the room and not shying away. She is such a beautiful girl and so close to overcoming her hesitancy and is looking for that special person to help her over the finish line.

Emma would do best in a quieter home with a predictable routine. Her ideal adopter would be a single person or a couple. A family with older respectful kids may be okay but could also be a bit overwhelming for her. She is good with her non-aggressive, friendly roomies so could be part of a multi-cat household.

Emma has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Emma has an approximate birthdate of 01-01-2024. Her adoption fee is $95.

If you are interested in Emma or any of the cats at Second Chance Cats of West Michigan, go to sccatswm.org/adopt to fill out an application, or stop in during open hours on Fridays from 11-2 or Saturdays and Sundays from 11-4.

Please note - we can only adopt to those who live within a one hour drive of Grand Rapids.

Thank you!
