Emily's Story

Emily has made her way to one of our loving foster homes recently, and discovered her very unique personality. Emily is a cat that loves attention and she’s not afraid to let you know it. That said, she is, like most cats, picky about when she wants that attention.
Emily is a talker. From the moment you greet her when you wake up, to the time you go to lie down in bed, she’ll respond to whatever you say to her.
While she hasn’t completely adjusted to living with other cats that aren’t her kittens, she has shown growth and can coexist with another cat.
Given enough time, she will be a great companion to another cat. She’s shown that she wants to play with our cats, she just isn’t sure how to do it — but she is learning!
Emily is independent and enjoys the option of alone time. She comes out and interacts with us often, but she enjoys having her own space to rest.
She would do best in a home without small children and a limited amount of cats, preferably one or none. We are not sure how she is with dogs. Emily is somewhat territorial of her foster parents and will let our other cats know her feelings. Within the past three weeks, she has gotten better with the other cats and has even attempted to play with one of them.
All told, Emily is a great cat and would love to meet her forever home!
Want to meet her?
https://form.jotform.com/202214857624050
