DECLAWED CAT ALERT!<br/><br/>Emilee (now Margot) has been with her adopted mom for the past two years. As much as her mom loves her, Margot is looking for a very special home where she can be the only pet.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a cat who loves people, Margot is your girl. The second you touch her, she starts purring. She is incredibly affectionate, loves to be carried around, and will happily stick her adorable big butt in your face so you'll keep petting her. She also has a funny, sassy personality and responds to both Margot and Margie Duncan. She especially seems to have a soft spot for men!<br/><br/>She is healthy and up to date on all veterinary care. She has:<br/>- A clean bill of health<br/>- Current vaccinations<br/>- Great teeth (professionally cleaned last year)<br/><br/>She is currently on a prescription urinary diet because she is prone to crystals, and she enjoys both wet and dry food. Her favorite treats are baked chicken and salmon, and she prefers Sustainably Yours Small Grain litter.<br/><br/>Margot absolutely loves spending time outside in her secure catio- WHICH WILL BE INCLUDED WITH HER ADOPTION- where she'll happily sunbathe for hours, chirp at the birds, and watch the world go by. When she's indoors, you'll often find her perched at the top of her cat tree, on top of the kitchen cabinets, or sitting in a sunny window. She loves boxes, hunting bugs and the occasional lizard, and can jump surprisingly high! One of her favorite cozy spots is a laundry basket with a soft blanket inside.<br/><br/>She is playful, incredibly cuddly, and loves being the center of attention. She thrives when she has her person all to herself.<br/><br/>fROM HER MOM... The hardest part of writing this is that I love Margot dearly. I am only looking for a new home because she is very unhappy living with my other pets and the relationship seems to be deteriorating. My pets are friendly, but she has never adjusted to sharing a home with them despite every effort. I truly believe she deserves a peaceful home where she can relax and not feel stressed by other animals.<br/><br/>+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++<br/><br/>Margot is uriniating outside of the box. We believe that her behavior is stress related, as she has <br/><br/>- Normal X-rays of her paws and spine<br/>- No medical issues contributing to her behavior<br/><br/>There is no gurantee that this issue will be resolved, but we believe that her stress is caused by living with other animals and sharing a litter box. She must be the ONLY PET.
