If the animal is too young a certificate for the spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee. Please CLICK HERE to complete our online adoption application.<br/><br/>Many of our animals can be seen at our adoption center located at 5820 Richmond Rd, Texarkana, TX on the first 3 Saturdays of each month between 10 am - 3 pm and by appointment.<br/><br/>Texarkana Animal League is a 501c3 non-profit and all donations are tax deductible.
