Emerald is just about ready to meet his furever person/people! <br/><br/>Clever and a chatterbox, Emerald's antics are always entertaining, whether he's climbing the bars of his kennel or playing with the staff members' hair. Emerald's brother Camo has already been adopted, leaving just him and his sister Olive to go to their new homes. They aren't bonded but they love each other and are quite playful and friendly with other cats.<br/><br/>Emerald would do well in a home where he can play and cuddle with his people and maybe even other animals with the right supervision. Emerald's ready to bounce around your home and celebrate the holidays with his new household. :)

Adoption Fees: The good news is: you can generally find a pet here for far less than in most pet stores. The bad news is: it’s unfortunate that we cannot give away the animals free of charge! In order to continue operating, we must recover some of the costs of care (such as medical examinations, food, utilities and other costs). All of our dogs and cats are spayed or neutered, have rabies and distemper shots (age appropriate), and are dewormed. Additionally, each has a microchip that contains information that can help any shelter locate the pet's owner (as long as you register the chip) in the event the pet becomes lost.
