Elvis's Story
Elvis (The Pelvis) - Black - Male
Domestic Short Hair
Birthdate: 05/22/2025

Elvis is a quiet introvert with a playful side and a deep appreciation for calm companionship. He prefers gentle affection, belly rubs, and low-key interaction, and once competition for attention is removed, he flourishes.

Recently, he's started joining his foster mom on the bed for purring and pets -- a big milestone for a cat who does everything on his own timeline.

Elvis was found by a Good Samaritan and taken to an Emergency Vet. He arrived at a municipal shelter with a severe pelvic fracture where he could not be given the time to heal. We rescued him and gave him the care and quiet he needed. He has healed unexpectedly easily and well with no surgical intervention although he may develop arthritis as he ages. He will do best in a quieter home with children eight and up, possibly as an only cat.

Dislikes: Chaos. And gin and tonics.
