This is Elsa. Look at those green eyes! She came to us pregnant, had her kittens, and they now have found homes of their own. Elsa is now looking for her forever home. She's a sweet cat, but will need someone with patience and to give her the space she needs. Elsa has been in foster care for 3:years and has gotten fairly independent. Elsa will need time and persistence tobe the perfect companion.<br/><br/><br/>All pets adopted from Helping Paws of Southern Minnesota will have age appropriate vaccinations, testing (Feleuk-FIV) and alterations included in their adoption fee! Fill out an application to adopt on our website at www.helpingpawsofsmn.org. <br/><br/>How to adopt:<br/>1. First step is to fill out a Pre-Adoption Application by applying online @ www.helpingpawsofsmn.org.<br/><br/>2. Once your application is submitted, please allow us time to review and we will contact you as soon as possible with any questions regarding your application and status. <br/><br/>3. Once your application is approved we will set up an appointment for a meet and greet with interested available animal. Please bring all family members especially children. Virtual options are available!<br/><br/>4. After the meet and greet we will schedule and complete a virtual home visit.<br/><br/>5. Finalizing the adoption: This includes paying the adoption fee (+ tax) and sending home medical documents with the adopted animal. <br/><br/>We ask that you allow at least a month for your new pet to adjust and decompress to their new home. During this time we will provide one on one counseling to make sure the proper steps are taken to allow for a successful transition. If for whatever reason you need to return your newly adopted pet we will allow a 7 day grace period for full refund on the adoption fee once the animal is returned to our care. After the 7 day grace period adoption fees are non-refundable.<br/><br/> We take finding the best homes for our kitties very seriously as they deserve nothing but the best!
