Elliot's Story

IN FOSTER

Elliot is a big, solid boy (approx. 10 lbs!) and somehow manages to look both regal and soft all at once. He’s incredibly handsome, but it’s his gentle nature that truly makes him special.

Elliot is a little shy at first and can be nervous in new situations, but once he feels safe, he truly enjoys being pet and sharing calm, peaceful moments with his people. He’s the kind of cat who may take a bit of time to warm up — but when he does, it feels like a true honor to have earned his trust.

He has lived with his littermates his entire life, so he’s very accustomed to feline companionship and finds comfort in familiar faces. Currently, Elliot is settling into a foster home where we’re getting to know him even better and helping him build confidence in a quieter, more relaxed environment.

Elliot does have stress-induced gingivitis, which is being actively treated, and he has been thoroughly vetted by our clinic. He’s feeling good and is on the right path — he’ll just benefit from a calm, understanding home that can help keep his stress levels low.

If you’re someone who appreciates a soft-spoken cat, believes patience is a form of love, and is looking for a handsome, gentle companion to grow alongside, Elliot may be your perfect match. Sometimes the quietest cats have the biggest hearts — and Elliot’s is just waiting to feel safe enough to show it.
