Over time, she has learned to trust people, although her sensitive nature requires a gentle approach. She initially bonded with my husband and later with me, largely due to my provision of Costco rotisserie chicken. As Ellie is easily startled, a quieter household would be ideal for her. She has a calm demeanor and is as sweet as can be. While building trust with Ellie takes time, the reward is well worth the effort, as she will eagerly reciprocate affection and snuggles. I am delighted with her progress, and although some cats struggle to overcome their fears, Ellie has proven herself to be a loving and loyal companion.
