Hey there- I’m Elk! I’m a velvety orange boy with big yellow eyes, little white boots and the spunkiest personality. <br/><br/>I love to get head scratches and get my ears rubbed. I like to look like a bald kitty when you brush my ears back with your hand, I look like a lil old man. I also thoroughly enjoy my spider wand toy. I like to bite it and run away with it in my mouth even though it’s on a string. One time I took the string and handle with me across the entire house before I realized I ditched foster mom, then I thought the handle was chasing me and freaked out and it became my enemy. Kind of embarrassing, not my finest moment. But what takes the cake for me is licki treats. If I want one, I will just stare at you with my giant puppy eyes until you give in. I also might stick my tongue out to show you what you need to bring me. If you see this tongue out and you dare NOT bring me a licki treat? Game over. I will put my Petfinder adoption post back up and find a new family. But seriously treats are the best thing ever. I will come running for one when I hear that wrapper open! Im not super shallow but if you don’t have hands for treat holding, wand playing and head scritches you mean nothing to me. In the nicest way possible. <br/><br/>Sunbathing in the window and watching the birds is one of my favorite past times when I’m alone. I am obsessed with other cats, and will snuggle them so tight. Doesn’t matter how old they are or if they even like me, they ARE getting snuggled. It’s just how I am! Having a kitty companion would be so much fun. <br/><br/>I am litter trained, vaccinated, microchipped and fixed. If you wanna be my humans send over an application!
