Elizabeth (Lizzy)'s Story

Elizabeth (Lizzy) 10.5 months

Lizzy has life mostly figured out. Warm lap, a good window to look out of, and unobstructed access to your snacks. Shes not asking for much, but she is asking for all of it.

She is a dedicated bird watcher. Set her up near a window with a bird feeder outside and she will sit there for hours, deeply invested in things that have nothing to do with her. It would genuinely make her the happiest cat ever!

She is curious, social, and completely unbothered by personal boundaries. She will explore every inch of your home, supervise every meal you try to eat, and locate your string cheese with a precision that feels almost targeted. Turkey too. (Youve been warned).

Lizzy wants to be near her people constantly and plays hard when shes not being a lap cat. Spiral springs are her obsession. Teaser wands and laser lights are a close second. Shes good with dogs, does best with older kids who wont chase her, and if you have a doggy door that is information she will absolutely use against you.

If you ever cant find her, shake a bag of Temptation treats. She will appear immediately. Her meow is tiny and she barely uses it, mostly reserving it for the moment her food is being prepared, which is the only occasion she considers worth commenting on.

Lizzy is currently fostered with a sweet 6 month old tortie named Sammie, and the two have become really good friends. They dont have to be adopted together, but theyd love nothing more than to stay that way!
