HISTORY: ELIXIR was living as a pregnant stray in Sombrillo when trapped and brought to F&F to help her obtain medical care and find a home.<br/>TEMPERAMENT: Initially, ELIXIR mostly hid her face and did not welcome human attention. With time, ELIXIR grew more comfortable with her caregivers, learning to trust and accept treats. When ELIXIR was joined by another young cat, the cats took to each other immediately, snuggling together. <br/><br/>In foster, ELIXIR became more confident by the day. She enjoys sleeping in cat trees but also can be playful and active. ELIXIR's favorite is a toy mouse on a wand. She asks for pets and also loves being brushed.
