HISTORY: ELIXIR was living as a pregnant stray in Sombrillo when trapped and brought to F&amp;F to help her obtain medical care and find a home.<br/>TEMPERAMENT: Initially, ELIXIR mostly hid her face and did not welcome human attention. With time, ELIXIR grew more comfortable with her caregivers, learning to trust and accept treats. When ELIXIR was joined by another young cat, the cats took to each other immediately, snuggling together. <br/><br/>Her foster parents report that ELIXIR is becoming more confident every day. She likes to sleep in the covered portion of the cat tree but has gradually grown more active around the house. She enjoys watching her friend LAVENDER play and will occasionally join in on the fun. ELIXIR&#39;s favorite is a toy mouse on a wand. She will ask her foster parents to pet her and also loves being brushed. ELIXER and LAVENDER will chatter throughout the day and will call out if they can&#39;t find one another.
