The wonderful lady that lives in a mobile home saved them from the very cruel neighbors. She fostered them till they were ready for us to take them.<br/><br/><br/>Meet ELEKTRA, a charming Turkish Van mix from Hemet, California, who may be a little shy at first, but once she trusts you, she’ll become your best friend. With her soft, silky coat and sweet gold eyes, ELEKTRA radiates warmth and affection, especially when she’s curled up next to you, purring contently. This young lady loves her cozy moments, but don’t let her quiet demeanor fool you—she’s got a playful side that loves a good game or two.<br/><br/><br/>ELEKTRA has a soft spot for wet food and especially enjoys a tasty treat of Churu, which she’ll happily savor. Her appetite is only rivaled by her love for snuggling, and if you’re looking for a companion who’ll warm your heart with her gentle presence, ELEKTRA is your girl. She may take her time warming up to new faces, but once you earn her trust, she’ll be all in, offering affection and companionship in abundance.<br/><br/><br/>One of ELEKTRA’s most endearing qualities is her deep bond with her brother, WOLVERINE. Go to Workinwhiskers.com (Click on ADOPT)<br/>2. Fill Out Online Form<br/>3. Submit Online Application<br/>4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview<br/>5. Will be notified of Approved Application<br/>6. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED)<br/>7. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty<br/>8. Sign Adoption Contract<br/>9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH)<br/>10. Take the Kitty Home<br/><br/><br/>********* MAY CONSIDER OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS NEAR CALIFORNIA BUT BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT SHIP. ADOPTER WILL NEED TO PICK UP**********<br/><br/><br/>VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees. <br/><br/><br/>Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning ONLY. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is between 5 pm - 8 pm (Monday thru Saturday) and Sunday 3 pm - 6 pm. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please call the PetSmart location, email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3-hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability and store hours. Store hours change with holidays.<br/><br/><br/>******************* If you call the PETSMART location, please ask them to physically check the cattery door for the current week's VISITING HOURS. ******************<br/><br/><br/>The cats/kittens at a foster/rescue home, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do the OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below: <br/><br/><br/>****Please note we only have cats physically in MURRIETA AND INDUSTY ONLY. But we can do meet and greets at all 4 locations below locations.****<br/><br/><br/>PETSMART - 17651 Colima Rd, City Of Industry, California 91748<br/><br/>PETSMART - 2153 W Florida Ave, Hemet, California 92545<br/><br/>PETSMART - 25290 Madison Ave, Murrieta, California 92562<br/><br/>PETSMART - 34900 Monterey Ave, Palm Desert, California 92211<br/><br/><br/>The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet & greets, etc...once the phone interview and home check have been done. Gas donations always appreciated!<br/><br/><br/>************* Please no calls to the rescue. No one is available to take calls. ************<br/><br/><br/>If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets.<br/><br/><br/>Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.<br/><br/><br/>We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue.
