EggNog's Story
EggNog is a female Domestic Long-Hair White cat who is looking for a new home. She came to the shelter because her former owner could no longer keep her. She is litter-box trained. EggNog is not a fan of children so she would do better in a home with older children or adults. We are unsure how she is with dogs, or other cats. If you're interested in meeting her/him please call (419) 294-4477 Ext. 3 from 9AM-5PM to schedule an appointment.

WCHS Adoptions are a 2-Step Process

Step 1— Visit our shelter! (Prospective adopters may be shown multiple animals, subject to availability.)

Step 2— Pick up your new pet!
Pickups are generally 3-5 business days after completing adoption paperwork at your in-person appointment. This allows HOPE Clinic time to prep your new pet for their forever home, including spay/neuter surgery (if not already fixed), a microchip, vaccines, and other care depending on the species. Once the animal is ready, we'll call you to coordinate pickup! (Pickup times are generally in the evenings.)
