Edwin's Story
Our rescues mean a lot to the vet staff and DunRoamin' volunteers. We do everything we can to find the perfect homes for these pets, who are being given a second chance at a happy life. The application process requires pre-adoption applications, references, and interviews with you and those listed on your application in order to ensure a successful placement. If you are interested in learning more about the pet listed, please complete an application at https://form.jotform.com/60793520585259 and a representative will be in touch!

**The email used for listings is not actively monitored and inquiries made through these ads will not receive a reply.

Edwin arrived at DunRoamin' on April 24, 2025 from a spay/neuter program from a shelter. Unfortunately, when examined prior to his neuter, numerous wounds which required medical attention were noted which could not be provided by the shelter, so he came to us for help. He had also experienced diarrhea, perhaps from colitis or irritable bowel disease.

Edwin was prescribed a diet of Royal Canin Selected Protein food, a fibre supplement and a course of steroids and has been doing very well. Edwin is neutered, fully vaccinated, treated for all parasites and he tested negative for FIV and FeLV.

On first acquaintance, Edwin can be a little shy, but he very quickly turns into a cute little furball who loves being patted and receiving belly rubs. He is quite active and we often see him running around his room, chasing after any toy he can find - he is very happy to feel so much better and be warm, safe and loved! Edwin was born about January 31, 2022. It's about time he had a safe, loving home. Please get in touch if you agree!! He is very grateful to his sponsors who ensure he gets the medication and prescription food he requires. Thank you so much!
