Eddie's Story

Eddie was a stray for several weeks, at least. He chose to hang around the house of the person who founded F.A.C.T. (smart kitty!), and after several attempts, she was finally able to get him inside. We are sure he regrets being so stubborn before, because he has really settled into indoor life! He is estimated to be about two years old. He is an extremely sweet, friendly, playful, and smart cat. He is a very sensitive kitty, which means he needs a quiet home with people who can be understanding when he's feeling overwhelmed. He needs A LOT of attention too. If he had to spend a lot of time by himself, he would be a sad little guy. He does okay around other cats, but he is hesitant to trust them, so we think he was picked on by other cats at some point in his life. He may come around to other cats with some time and patience, though. He has not been around dogs or children, but due to his observed behavior, older children would be more ideal than young children. He seems to be somewhat prone to getting kitty colds, and his foster mom has had to pick his nose on more than one occasion (the things we do for the kitties! lol), so he definitely needs a special kind of home who appreciates his quirks.

Adoption Fee: $80

Please note: Since we do not have a facility (cats are in foster homes), an application must be completed and returned prior to scheduling a meet and greet.

Applications can be found at www.FACTAnimalRescue.com and emailed to FACTAnimalRescue@outlook.com
