Edamame's Story

We received an email regarding two cats that were found in a carrier left in a park. A kind person took them home, but was not able to keep them. He reached out to us and we were happy to bring Edamame and Asparagus into our care. We have no idea what they have been through so they are adjusting slowly and learning to once again trust people - the ones that let them down!

Edamame—affectionately called Eddie—is a beautiful, gentle little girl with a sweet personality. She arrived feeling quite nervous, but every day she grows braver and more curious. Once she feels safe with you, she happily rubs against your legs for purrs and will curl up in your lap for cozy cuddle sessions. She adores play-fighting with her brother and can’t resist a good string toy. With patience, love, and a calm environment, Eddie will flourish and make a wonderful addition to any home.

Contact us info@werescuecats.ca
