He is a PRO with is litter box.<br/><br/>He is not a 'special needs' kitty, but he does need an inside only home & can never be declawed.<br/><br/>Echo is fixed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped!

Potential adopters must complete a 'foster-to-adopt' application to begin a two-week trial period. Vet and personal references are required and will be contacted. Pets can be returned if placement does not work out.
