Echo's Story

Echo is 12 years old and came to us front declawed. He’s been through multiple homes and comes away with a general dislike of dogs. He is friendly and loving with everyone he meets. Generous with head bumps and rubs. Quick to snuggle and purr it’s hard to believe this gentle giant has been through many homes. He adjusts quickly with no hiding, fear or timid nature with new spaces or change. <br/>Over the next week we will be evaluating his ability to be with other animals and his interactions with children and different stimuli. Once behavior is evaluated and it’s determined he’s healthy and free from any parasites he will be available for adoption. Applications will be accepted during this period.

Crazy Cat Rescue's Adoption Policy
Adopters complete an application which includes information about the people and other animals in their home, a description of their average day, and any plans should their current situation change. Individuals who rent their current home are required to provide a letter of approval or copy of their lease specifically giving approval to have a cat within their home. All adults within the home of 18 or older are required to supply an interested persons report. Once their application is complete, reviewed and approved the adopter will enter into a commitment agreement with the rescue. This agreement outlines each parties responsibility for the adoption to be completed. By this agreement the adopter will be required to pay the adoption fee and visit the animal 4 times before the adoption will be finalized. Once the adopter has completed their obligations described in the commitment agreement both parties sign the adoption transferring ownership and all responsibilities and liabilities from the rescue to the adopter.
