There are many residents who feed stray cats but claim no ownership of them. DUSTY and his siblings were born to a mama in that situation. Unknown to the nextdoor neighbor, they were living under her house. Thankfully, she caught a glimpse and trapped them. Dusty is still a little scared and needs a patient home to help him get to the finish line with his rehabilitation. He's made some progress, can be held and petted, but the fear is still there.
