Durpi's Story

Durpi is a sweetheart of a cat! She is 12 years old and in good health. Durpi needs a home that can provide the stimulation she craves. She loves
everyone and believes every person who comes through the door is there to visit her and she will shower attention on all. She is good with other cats and small humans (who respect her boundaries). She prefers a family that has the time to play with her and let her cuddle.

She is a very curious cat and wants to see what you are doing. She watches during zoom aerobics and will join if some of the exercises suits her. She will play with a wand or laser toy but only if a human is at the other end of it. She also enjoys watching birds and hummingbirds at a window. She sits beside the door and watches for her human to come home.

She loves to be petted pretty much anywhere and will gently tell you if what you are doing is not up to snuff or is uncomfortable for her. She has to come to you, though as she does not like to be picked up. She usually sleeps on the bed, but will sleep comfortably elsewhere if the bedroom door is closed (although she will make sure you know when it's breakfast time).

She stays well groomed and has perfect litter box manners.
