Duke

Duke is an absolute love bug - if you're looking for a lap cat, he's your guy. He has a loud purr and loves pets and attention. He frequently curls up right next to/on top of me, and is happy to be picked up. When it's playtime, he is absolutely locked in and will jump around like a maniac to catch a toy. But for the most part he isn't particularly high energy. He's happiest lounging at the top of the cat tree - he spends most of his day up there sleeping or looking out the window.<br/><br/>Duke needs to be adopted into a home with a resident kitty to be his friends. he would do well with either an active kitty or an older calm kitty, he mostly just wants a friend and can follow around and curl up with<br/><br/>Duke does have a heart murmur, but he doesn't require any medication or let it slow him down, so it shouldn't slow you down from applying for him!
