Ducky's Story

Ducky came into the shelter along with a few other siblings who were quickly adopted. Unfortunately, Ducky struggled with a upper respiratory infection throughout his first week at the shelter which was not getting better. Thankfully, a foster was able to get him for a few weeks and Ducky was treated successfully! He is low back at the shelter, healthier than ever, searching for a home to call his own!

Ducky is like any other kitten and spends his days playing, climbing things and exploring his environment. In his foster home, he loved playing with the other kitties that he was housed with, and we believe he would thrive in a home with other cats! He has met a few dogs and does not seem to be scared of them one bit. Besides playing the day away, this guy loves to cuddle and be held. We think Ducky is the perfect kitten for any family!

Ducky has been vaccinated, dewormed and treated for external parasites while in foster care. He will be neutered once he weighs enough!

Ducky is located at the Brownsville Haywood County Animal Shelter in Brownsville, Tennessee. His adoption fee is $35 on the day of adoption. We have no pull fee for reputable 501c3 rescue groups and can help arrange transport. Please share Ducky to help him find his forever home!
