This girl is very shy and honestly, may not be meant to be a house cat. She would love a heat shop or a barn to live in and be able to explore outside and catch mice! Her previous owner said she did well with kids, dogs and chickens when she was living outdoors as a barn kitty. She does not generally want to cuddle, play, or socialize. Not in shelter at least, she just wants to get her job done and have a warm place to sleep in return! Ducky has been here for a long time now. We hoped she would come around like her brothers, however she’s just not happy here. She will tolerate handling to an extent, but prefers to do her own thing.
