Hi! My name is Duchess, and I'm a little girl that's white with black markings. <br/><br/>My adoption fee is $125. <br/><br/>I am looking for a home in Hanover County, Virginia or a locality in the Richmond, Virginia metropolitan area. <br/><br/>I'm very introverted but very nice. I came from a home where I lived with several of my littermates so I'm used to being around other kitties. I'm particularly fond of my brother, Mr. Lucy. I usually stay with him because he's brave, and I'm unsure of myself. I like being around people and enjoy being brushed, combed, and handled. I'm looking for a home where I can have another kitty companion because I'm unsure of myself. I'd probably do well with a cat-friendy dog if I'm allowed a reasonable acclimation period. I'm not suitable for a home with small children. <br/><br/>I've been tested for feline leukemia/aids (and am negative for both), I've been sterilized, and I'm fully vaccinated.
