Meet Drifter, a handsome approximately 5-month-old all-black kitten with a big personality and an even bigger appreciation for one of lifes greatest pleasures: FOOD! <br/><br/>Drifter was trapped in Groton, Connecticut, along with his siblings and one of their possible dads. Were still working hard to catch their mom, but in the meantime, Drifter has discovered that the indoor life has some pretty wonderful perks—including regular meals, cozy naps, and plenty of attention!<br/><br/>And this boy is a true foodie. If theres a meal happening, Drifter would like to be involved. If theres a treat being offered, hes definitely going to investigate. His heart may be won through his stomach, and honestly, we respect that. <br/><br/>Drifter has also been doing wonderfully with his foster family. He enjoys the company of the resident 7-year-old child and gets along with the other resident cats. In fact, you may spot resident cat Simon giving Drifter a bath in his video—a pretty adorable endorsement from the resident feline committee! <br/><br/>Drifter is a playful, social boy who is ready to trade his life as a little outdoor drifter for a forever home where he can be loved, spoiled, and—of course—well fed!<br/><br/>And if you happen to be looking for two kittens, Drifters brother Hollywood, a handsome tuxedo boy, is also available for adoption. <br/><br/>From wandering the streets of Groton to finding his forever family, Drifters next adventure is waiting.<br/><br/>Could you be the home where this little foodie finally settles in? <br/>——————————————————————<br/>ALL OF OUR CATS ARE or will be SPAYED OR NEUTERED.<br/><br/>The Chasing Sunshine Dog Rescue adoption donation for a cat is $320.00. This includes: spay/neuter (at our vet), vaccines (fvrcp, rabies), microchip, exam, snap test ( only done on kittens if mama cat is not known) ,deworming and our cats are on preventatives for fleas/ticks/heartworm.<br/><br/>Out of state adopters must also pay for an interstate health certificate to their state.
