Just don't expect me to show it (to the people at least). I will eat from your hand but I spook easily if you try to pick me up. I am very smart and if you try to catch me I will anticipate your every move. Bazinga! If you like a cat who will treat you like Dr. Sheldon Cooper treats Amy Farrah Fowler, I am the cat for you! Some of our adoptable pets are located throughout Illinois in foster homes. Some are still awaiting rescue and adoption in facilites where they most likely, will be scheduled to be euthanized. An adoption coordinator will then review your application and contact you within 24 hours. Illinois Animal Rescue is foster based only, but we are at adoption events nearly every weekend.
