Dr. Pepper's Story
Dr.Pepper is a 3 year old domestic shorthaired brown tabby. He is currently in foster care.

Meet Dr. Pepper, a charming young cat whose bright personality stands out right away. He's warm, affectionate, and absolutely adores his people, often greeting them with enthusiastic little nudges and the cutest trills. He's naturally curious and loves investigating anything new, whether it's a toy, a new room, or an unexpected sound in the environment.

Dr. Pepper is super affectionate and loves to cuddle with his foster mom, happily soaking up attention once he's had his fill of play. He has tons of energy and will flourish in a home that can offer plenty of stimulation, enrichment, and interactive playtime. Treats are a major highlight of his day, he's a big fan of snacks and will enthusiastically enjoy just about any food he can get his paws on.

This spirited, fun-loving boy throws himself into play with incredible enthusiasm. He loves chasing his laser pointer and going wild for wand toys, sprinting after moving targets, leaping through the air, and zooming around at full speed with pure joy. With all that excitement, Dr. Pepper can occasionally become overstimulated, especially when he hasn't seen his humans for a bit and is very excited to reunite. He'll do best with adopters who can read his signals, help him slow down when needed, and give him a moment to settle.

With the right balance of play, affection, and understanding, Dr. Pepper is an incredibly rewarding companion, a cuddly, energetic sweetheart full of personality, charm, and happy little trills.

He would do best in an adult-only household. He may be easily overstimulated by the energy and noise of children, so we recommend a home with adults or older teenagers who can provide a peaceful and predictable environment.

He's searching for a home that can match his lively pace, ideally with a high-energy family or an equally active cat or dog buddy. Any companion animals should be comfortable with his exuberant personality and be up for lots of interactive play. Dr. Pepper sometimes needs gentle redirection to his toys when he's getting a bit too riled up, and he's still learning to feel at ease when his food is being set down. With the right environment, Dr. Pepper will blossom into a joyful, affectionate companion who brings endless fun and personality to his new home.

He is neutered, fully vaccinated with RCCP and rabies, FIV and FeLV negative, microchipped, and on parasite prevention. His adoption fee is $300. To adopt, please submit an adoption application found in the drop down menu on our website.
