He lived in a constant state of worry—always on alert, wide-eyed, and unsure of everyone around him. If someone tried to approach, he would shrink back, and unfamiliar sounds would send him rushing for cover. It was heartbreaking to see such a small kitten carrying so much fear.<br/><br/>Thanks to time, patience, and the steady love of foster care, Axel has made amazing strides. The kitten who once hid from the world is now a curious little explorer, eager to see what’s around the next corner. He no longer runs away and instead greets each day with growing confidence.<br/><br/>With his foster family, Axel has turned into a true cuddle bug. He’ll gently bump your hand when he’s ready for pets, happily curl up in his foster mom’s lap, and drift off into a peaceful sleep. <br/><br/>Watching him learn that he’s safe and cherished has been incredibly touching.<br/><br/>Dotz’s story began much the same way. She came to us nervous and unsure, wanting affection but not quite knowing how to accept it. Even when she was timid, you could see how badly she wanted love and security.<br/><br/>In foster care, Dotz has truly come into her own. She’s brave, curious, and always eager to be part of whatever you’re doing. This sweet girl will rub against you affectionately and then flop down for pets and snuggles. <br/><br/>While she’d rather not be picked up, she loves curling up beside you and staying close—always wanting to be touching her person.<br/><br/>Axel and Dotz will flourish together in a patient, understanding home that allows them to continue building trust at their own pace. As they settle in, their personalities shine brighter each day, revealing the loving, gentle, and joyful kittens they were meant to be. They’re ready to find their forever home—and they’re hoping it’s with you.<br/><br/>They will come to you up to date on vaccinations, fixed, and microchipped. Axel and Dotz are currently in foster care.
