Dottie's Story

Dottie
Short Hair Brown Tabby Spayed Female
Estimated Birthday: 3/4/2015

Meet our gentle girl Dottie! She was returned to Tigerlily when her family could no longer care for her and is ready to enjoy the rest of her life with a fresh new start. She is a loving lap cat on her terms, but enjoys her own purrsonal time as well. She would do best in a quieter home with a single person or older couple and would be happiest as your only pet soaking up all of your love and attention. She has been around other cats and would do okay with slow, patient introductions. We do not think she will be happy with young children or dogs. All current pets must be fixed and up-to-date on vaccines.

Dottie is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and has been treated for parasites. Her adoption fee is $125. Do you have the purrfect home for this stunning, sweet girl?

Fill out our online application to get approved for a meet and greet:
http://www.tigerlilyrescue.com/adoption-application/

Tigerlily Cat Rescue's Adoption Policy
* We do require adopters to be at least 21 years old. * If you are leasing, we do ask that you provide a copy of your rental agreement showing that cats are allowed. * We also ask that all adults living in the home agree with the adoption and addition of a feline friend to the family. * For families with young children (under 6), kittens over 6 months are best. * If the pet is to be alone for a significant amount of time, we ask that you consider adopting an older kitten or adult, or consider adopting two kittens to keep each other company. Young kittens are susceptible to social-depression if alone for a significant amount of time. * We also discourage "gift" adoptions unless it is from a parent to a minor child. Our adoption fee of $100 (cash/check) includes feline leukemia/FIV testing, deworming, flea preventative, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines. All Tigerlily cats are thoroughly examined by a veterinarian. All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered prior to being available for adoption.
