Dotsen is affectionately known as Hottie McDottie. He's absolutely gorgeous, both inside and out. He's such a sweetheart who craves being petted. He's a kind soul, very gentle, and lovable. <br/><br/>Dottie likes to meowingly trill. It's a sing-songy coo. He does this for one of two reasons: he wants to be petted or another cat in the room is stealing his food. He trills until his caregiver shoos away the other cat. <br/><br/>Dottie is best friends with his brother Boots and needs to be adopted with him. Ideally Dottie and Boots would like to be adopted with their friend Gracie. <br/><br/>Dotsen and Boots are in foster care.
