She has been diagnosed with Cerebellar Hypoplasia which is a non-progressive neurological condition where the cerebellum (brain's coordination center) doesn't fully develop, causing wobbly, jerky movements, balance issues, and tremors. It is not a contagious disease and cats with this condition live a normal life span.
