Dorian

Miss Dorian is a sweet, delicate, quiet little lady. She was a tiny, scared baby at animal control, and we knew we had to take her home. Right away she loved playing with her toys and she wanted to be friends with the other kitties. It took longer for her to trust us. First she would run to her wand toy and wait for us to start playing, peeking at us with her big eyes. Then she would let us pet her gently while she ate Churu treats. Finally, she opened up and stretched out on her fluffy blanket, purring away while we pet her. <br/><br/>Wand toys and Churu treats are the way to her heart for sure! Dorian will take her time with a new person because she wants to make absolutely sure it's safe. She does best with a mentor kitty to show her the ropes, and she loves her foster sister Grey Baby (also on Petfinder). It was amazing how much more trusting Dorian was after we brought Grey Baby home.<br/><br/>Grey Baby is the Yang to Dorian's Yin, and they make a wonderful pair of cats. For this reason, we are prioritizing inquiries from families who want both of them. They also make friends easily with other cats.
