Dorian

Dorian was a tiny, scared baby at animal control, and we knew we had to rescue her. Right away she loved playing with her toys and wanted to be friends with the other cats. It took longer for her to trust us. First she would run to her wand toy and wait for us to start playing, peeking at us with her big eyes. Then she would let us pet her gently while she ate Churu treats. Finally, she stretched out on her fluffy blanket, purring away while we pet her. <br/><br/>Dorian takes her time with new people because she wants to be absolutely sure it's safe. She does best with a mentor kitty to show her the ropes, and she loves her foster sister Grey Baby. It is amazing how much more trusting Dorian is when they are together. Grey Baby is the Yang to Dorian's Yin, and they make a wonderful pair of cats. They also make friends easily with other cats.
