Dora - the SWEETEST kitty! 's Story

Because we are all volunteers, Illinois Doberman Rescue Plus only considers approved applicants to meet our orphans in our foster homes. The adoption fee includes vet exam, FIV/FeLV test, age-appropriate spay/neuter through IDR+ approved vet, age-appropriate vaccinations, fecal test, flea and ear mite check, and microchip. Please email cats@ildoberescue.com for more information.

Meet Dora, a super friendly 8-month-old white and grey tabby with a wonderfully gentle personality.

Dora has the sweetest disposition and truly enjoys being close to her people. She loves to be pet, is always up for a good snuggle, and will happily sit on your lap if invited. She’s calm, affectionate, and content just being near you.

She does well with children who are respectful and enjoy giving her attention. Dora is very cat friendly and would love a home with another feline companion. She’s also adjusting well to living with friendly dogs and continues to do great with them.

Her eye is a little swollen, likely from trauma when fending for herself outside.
