Dora's Story
Dora is an adorable, talkative, and energetic 14-week-old, female Tortoiseshell kitten looking for a loving home. Dora is shy with new people at first, but quickly warms up and is very playful and fun. She is slim and has a pointy little face like an Oriental cat. Little Dora was dropped off at Chicago Animal Care and Control when she was only days old. She was lucky to get out of a cage and into a wonderful foster home where she was bottle-fed as a tiny kitten. She loves to walk around her foster home with little toys in her mouth, and loves jumping up and playing with feather toys. Dora will do best as the only pet in the home with adults and older children. Dora is very healthy, spayed, micro-chipped, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, de-wormed, and virus-tested. To meet and possibly adopt her, please phone, e-mail or text her foster mom Katye at singsingkitty@yahoo.com or 815-603-1157. Her adoption fee of $75 benefits the Friends of Chicago Animal Care & Control.
