Meet Doppler !<br/><br/>Doppler is the adorable, sleek black kitten of this stormy little crew, and his foster story is one of our favorites.<br/><br/>For most of his stay, Doppler was terrified. He kept his distance, watched everything carefully, and wasn't quite convinced that humans deserved a spot in his inner circle.<br/><br/>And then, in his final week of foster care, something clicked.<br/><br/>Suddenly Doppler decided maybe friendship wasn't such a bad idea after all. Food? Yes. Toys? Absolutely. Climbing directly onto the humans? Apparently also yes. He even became one of the few kittens in the litter who was comfortable letting his foster human pet him while he ate.<br/><br/>That's a pretty incredible leap for a little guy who started out so scared.<br/><br/>Doppler may take a few steps backward when he moves into a new home, and that's okay. Time is going to be his best friend. Give him space to decompress, plenty of good food and toys, and the chance to learn that his new people are safe.<br/><br/>He's already shown us just how much he's capable of when he's given that chance. And we have a feeling there's a very social, very silly little black cat waiting on the other side.<br/><br/>FMAR felines are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated for age-appropriate shots, and negative for FIV/FeLV.
