Dodge and Durango's Story

Meet Dodge and Durango!

These year old boys came to us last month from a hording situation, where they had been living in a garage their whole lives, with very little human contact. Dodge is very outgoing and friendly to everyone, but Durango is still scared and slow to trust people. The two were placed together and within a few days Durango started acting more comfortable and stopped spending his time crouched in the corner of the kennel. When separated again Durango reverted and it was clear that his brother Dodge gave him confidence to start coming out of his shell. We are looking to adopt them out as a pair, so Durango can continue to have Dodge's support as he continues to make his own progress. We don't think that dogs or children would make a good fit, but they are used to living with other cats. If you have a spot in your home for these two lovely boys please reach out!

Our adoption fee is $150 for cats, pairs are $250

Adoption policies truly depend on the animal, as animals that require special medical care will need someone that can provide that. We want our animals to be able to live their best lives. We do the best that we can to provide each of them with the right family. We require that the animal be properly cared for, provided water, food and shelter as well as exercise and grooming when needed. But most of all, we want the animal to be loved and we will do what we can to provide them with the love they deserve.
